Tridhara Sammilani / Tridhara Akalbodha, on Manoharpukur Road in Kalighat near Deshapriya Park, is one of South Kolkata's most decorated pujas, formed from the confluence of three streams ("Tridhara" = three flows). In 2026 the club announced Tin Dharar Songam (তিন ধারার সংগম — "The Confluence of Three Streams"), a theme rooted in its own origin story.

Recent years have been characteristically ambitious: 2025 continued its award-winning run, 2024's Drishtikon (by artist Gouranga Kuila) presented the goddess through women's perspectives, and 2023's "Utsab Jader Tore Aage Tara Prize Pore" reflected on how prize culture precedes the festival. Tridhara is a perennial favourite in the Asian Paints Sharod Samman and similar circuits, celebrated for conceptual clarity and immaculate execution. Its pandal on a busy Kalighat road is a magnet for serious pandal-hoppers. For visitors, Tridhara rewards attention: each year's theme is a thesis, not a backdrop, and the idol and mandap are engineered to illustrate it. It remains essential viewing on any South Kolkata route.

Kalighat Metro and Deshapriya Park are both nearby, and Tridhara's Manoharpukur Road frontage makes it a natural anchor on a Kalighat pandal walk. The club's conceptual rigour rewards a slow look — read the pandal's panels, trace the theme through the idol's styling, then step back for the whole tableau.
